The THEAM Quant – World Climate Carbon Offset Plan Fund aims to provide capital growth over the medium term and to offset its carbon footprint (Scope 1 and 2). It is exposed to the performance of listed equities worldwide with a positive financial outlook and high ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) standards, selected on the basis of their carbon footprint and energy transition strategy. In order to achieve its objective, the Fund implements a quantitative investment strategy through the BNP Paribas Equity World Climate Care NTR Index, with an expected tracking error below 5% with the STOXX Global 1800 Net Return Index. The carbon footprint of the portfolio is offset every quarter through the purchase of verified emission reduction certificates (VERs) from the Kasigau Corridor REDD+ project in Kenya, chosen by BNP Paribas for its environmental and social impact.

Investments in the aforementioned strategies are subject to market fluctuation and risks inherent in investing in securities. The value of investments and the revenue they generate can increase or decrease and it is possible that investors will not recover their initial investment.
